- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-02-07, by CarolePre sale service was excellent. Post sale, Steve has failed to return messages left (appears to use answerphone to filter calls), text and Facebook messages. I expressed my disappointment in a comment on one of his Facebook posts, so he has deleted my comment and blocked me on Facebook. All I am trying to obtain is the paperwork for the 3 month warranty on the car we purchased from him. Reputations are built based on word of mouth customer experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Steve at Getaroundcars.
